Yale Network Connection

While on the Yale campus:

Click on the Apple in the menu bar.

Select System Preferences...

Select Network

Click the lock in the lower left to make changes

For an AirPort (wireless) connection:

1) Select AirPort

2) Under the airport tab, select airyale. It will be listed only if you are in range of the wireless network.

3) Under the TCP/IP tab, make sure Configure IPv4 is set to "Using DHCP"

4) Add the following DNS Servers: 130.132.1.11, 130.132.1.10, 130.132.1.9

5) Add the following Search Domains: som.yale.edu, yale.edu

For an ethernet (wired) connection:

1) Change the Show field to "Built-in Ethernet"

2) Under the TCP/IP tab, make sure Configure IPv4 is set to "Using DHCP"

3) Add the following DNS Servers: 130.132.1.11, 130.132.1.10, 130.132.1.9

4) Add the following Search Domains: som.yale.edu, yale.edu
