Introduction to SAS

SAS is a powerful analytic and data manipulation software that runs on PC and unix. SAS consists of nine modules:

• Base SAS - Base software for simple statistical methods and data manipulation
• SAS/STAT - Powerful statistical analysis processing
• SAS/Graph - High resolution graphics for large data sets
• SAS/ETS - Econometric and Time Series analytic toolset
• SAS/OR - Operations Research, Mathematical programming and optimization tools
• SAS/QC - Quality Control toolset
• SAS/IML - SAS's Interactive Matrix Language
