How to manage a secondary mailbox

HOW TO MANAGE A SECONDARY MAILBOX IN MICROSOFT OUTLOOK

Add a secondary mailbox to your mailbox

   * Select the Tools menu. 
   * Click Account Settings. 
   * Highlight your mailbox and click Change. 
   * Click the More Settings button. 
   * Click the Advanced tab. 
   * Click the Add button. 
   * Type the mailbox name of the user whose mailbox you want to add to your user profile. 
   * Click the OK button. The secondary mailbox name will appear under "Open these additional mailboxes". 
   * Click the Apply button.  
   * The secondary mailbox will now appear in the Inbox Folder List, in addition to your own mailbox.  

Send an email message as the secondary mailbox

   * Select the File menu, New, click Mail Message. 
   * Select the View menu. 
   * Click (enable) the From field. The "From" button will appear above the "To" button. 
   * In the From box, type the name of the secondary mailbox you are sending the message on behalf of or click the From button to select from the Global Address List. 
   * Type the recipient names in the To and Cc boxes. 
   * Type the subject of the message in the Subject box. 
   * Type the body of the message in the text box. 
   * Click the Send button.
